It's simply retarded that the mechanic didn't test it before handing it back to the customer....what a TARD!

He did say he took out the battery and someother stuff so the shop could not ride it.  So there is no way that they could have test rode his bike. 

This is not an excuse, they still should have done the work right the first time.  But explains why it was not test ridden.
