When I was in college, like my freshman year, I gave a speech at a highschool.  I had everyone that was 18 stand up.  Then I had all the boys sit down.  Then I said, "If you're still standing, come sit up front here on the floor."  

It is sort of like a filtering process, you see.  

What are u filtering for???
