believe it or not, somewhere there's always somebody willing to pay you for doing what you enjoy doing (whatever that is). It's just a matter of you being able and willing to move where the position is at (usually not in your town).

Depending on his state. Prefab homes don't have deeds they have titles. As they are considered moving vehicles. And no I'm not making this up. He probably didn't need a real estate license to sell the pre-fabs. Which btw have gotten so much nicer in the last five years.

Could sell cometary plots. That test is easy.

I have a real estate license. You have no idea how expensive it is with the associations, the licensing fees, the feels for the multiple listing service ect. Plus the cost of the class in the beginning and continuining education now.

Build race engines for bikes? 

  Work for the City, or State they usually have great health benefits, cost of living increases, good vacation time off, and wonderful retirement.        
   Or be a Gunsmith and eventually work for yourself !!       

See if there is anyone near you hiring for Nondestructive testing. It's a great job.

You like mechanical stuff.
You like motorcycles.
