on your side of the big globe.....
i'm guessing sonic springs for the front
and a Kat 6 or 750 shock from a breakers
would do you good

one of the OZ riders will probably answer this with prices
shouldn't be too much

good luck

The stock front springs are 40% spring and 60% spacer...  Aftermarket springs are 95% spring and 5% spacer...  Search on this forum for "Progressive" or "Racetech" or "Springs"    There are tons of threads about replacing the front springs and which are better for what...   AlphafireX5 has lots of posts about the two... Here's one:  Click Link

You can also change the oil in the forks...  Stock is 10w.

And on the rear, check out Pablo's page on rear shock replacement:  Rear shock swap information
There's TONS of other info on his page, Progressive fork spring install-the lazy way, More rear shock info-SV650 install, Suspension tuning 101

LOTS of other mod info on there as well...  http://pantablo500.tripod.com/

Well my bannana bending friend, I put a set of race tech springs in the front, along with the 15W oil I already had in there. I paid $189 for them.

The rear monoshock is a koni for a GPZ 600, with progressive rate spring on it. I had to modify the top mount on the bike & the bottom mount on the shock. I got the rear shock from a mob in Albury called progressive suspension.

this is the thread when I installed my bits & pieces http://gstwins.com/gsboard/index.php?topic=28050.0

Did you read any of the links the other members posted?  Try reading those first, namely this one about fork springs and this one about the rear shock.  They will answer your question.
