Man, I hope that no one here ever has to make a claim against GIO. As you may remember, my bike was knocked over in a parking accident. Well, after over 2 weeks, and having sent in the repair quote 7 times, they claim "we've never recieved any quote yet", even though all of the bloody numbers are correct and it is getting sent to the right place. Absolutely pathetic, but not unlike what I was expecting 

I just renewed my CTP, Allianz upped it from $417 last year to $622 this year  Problem is everyone is about the same amount, so switching won't make it any cheaper 

When I hit 25 it'll drop in half though, only a couple of years to go 

Update... Calming down now, when I rang them up again this morning, finally, they have recieved the quote and have allocated an assessor, so I'm still expecting it to be dragged out for a while, but atleast there is some progress.

This was a 3rd party claim directly against the drivers insurance. I didn't want to go through mine, because for the next few years, I'm sure my premiums would be jacked up a bit to cover the 'inconvienence' for my company
