Hang out there, we may flame, but we don't hate.

My attitude is in serious need of readjustment, and I'm ok with that.

5.  Here is anothe link for zero gravity http://www.exoticsportbike.com/gs_500f_(04-05).htm

Some people like puig but I have also heard bad  things about their products.  Better to stick with zero gravity.

What are you planning to do with your bike matty?

Seriously.. just take your fairings off, put the headlight on, and be set...

Cuz you'd take a huge hit if you sold your bike right now, and adding a few parts like headlight (which you may be able to get through the WTB/WTS forum here, if you're patient) will be much better for you.. then later, if you decide you want a faired bike again, bam, 20 minutes with a wrench, and you've got one!

I think you're making a smart choice.. I'm proud of you!

Also, if you go naked.. check out www.twistedthrottle.com... The SW-Motech case guards are $120 shipped.. and worth every penny!

Seriously, it's so easy. The only parts you'll need are:

7" headlight
Headlight mounting brackets (forks)
Headlight mounting brackets ("rabbit ear" tabs)
mirrors

And that's it. Everything else is plug and play.

No. Those mount to the fairing. You need bar mount mirrors. SV650 mirrors are easily attained and look good, too.

When converting an F to an E don't you need front signals too, or can you use the F model signals?
GS500F in BLUE because that's the COOLEST color!

The F model signals are the same as the '01-'03 signals, so they drop right onto the fork tube brackets.
