Yes.  Er, low range grunt.  You can go as slow as you can keep balance (makes a wondrful show of balance at a stoplight.  Now, that's skill.).
The motorcycle is no longer the hobby, the skill has become the hobby.

Power does not compare to skill.  What good is power without the skill to use it?

Good advice on all the performance mods, I have done some of them but I would have to say that by far the best mod that I have done to my bike is....drum roll please ...... Heated Grips! :cookoo: no seriously, it will expand your riding season dramatically, or if you ride year round  it will make it much more enjoyable. When you're riding nd your hads are freezing cold, life just sucks.  besides, they're only $35 for the set I got, which is cheaper than a good set of winter gloves. Ride safe and enjoy your ride. Don't dump a bunch of money into it trying to make it fast, it never will be! Enjoy and be safe.

Heated Grips?  I would like some more info on that as well.  How hard are they to install?

I always wear full gear....helmet, jacket, gloves, jeans, closed toe shoes.

welcome!
first bit of advice: jeans and closed toe shoes do not constitute "gear". you need motorcycle boots and motorcycle textile overpants or leather pants. Otherwise its not "full gear".

super easy to install heated grips. you have to pull your grips and wrap the heating elements around the bar then reinstall grips. wiring is a peice of cake too. There are 2 widely available brands, one is through Aerostitch. Thats the one I have and I would recommend the other one for ease of wiring. Not that mine is not easy, but because of the plastic throttle body on the right side the grips will not heat evenly left to right. in order to get them to heat evenly you have to wire it up a certain way on the aerostitch ones that eliminates the lo-hi option and leaves you with hi only. that can get too hot sometimes. Still, I LOVE my heated grips. I also love wearing my heated vest (more actually).
