what do i do about all my rusted nuts/bolts and screws on my GS?  Is it easy to find replacements?  I have a 2001 and the rust is getting pretty bad.

The dealer can help.  also a good nut and bolt place can get you metric replacements.  I installed stainless steel frame bolts (nut and bolt combo) instead of the rusty chrome ones.

Start using Liquid Wrench and spray them regularily to get them loose if they're already rusted to the point that you can't get them loose already! Otherwise, you'll have to drill them out and potentially have to retap the holes. Alot of work in my opinion. Nevr-Dul is also an excellent rust-retardant and beautifier.
