i was on an underwater dive on the coast of south africa.. ok it was at the aquarium in the pittsburg zoo.

Do they naturally look like that, or was it because of the flash?

It's PURPLE!!!? How did I miss that!?    Wait...lemme look again.....




Whoa!! Whadya know...it *is* purple!!! I like it even MORE now! All I saw was an awesomely beautiful picture before...all I felt was amazingly jealous at Chris's incredible eye! NOW I see that it's purple, too!! Thanks for pointing that out, blue05!!! 

Chris would have made that picture beautiful even if it *didn't* have such a lovely glow! 

An, if i remember correctly (been a couple years), they have them in a really dark tank that's illuminated with a black light (or something similar). It's a pretty spooky effect.
