so i found this lil scooter for sale.  doesnt run etc.  guy has no title.  what do i have to do to get this thing rolling legit? 

secondly... the scoot is a Derbi GP1.  any comments? its a 2002 and it doesnt run otherwise ok condition for 150 bucks!  parts availability?  name brand?

can you even get parts for it in the US? its a Euro 2-stroke, isnt it?
