I have a 2004 gs500F and am in need of new rear brake pads. Any suggestions on what kind to get would be a big help, thanks.

what are rear brakes.....they should last 10 years

any will work as long as they fit

why do people always ask what is the best part....and then go buy the cheapest part....
go to bike shop
look in catalog
find cheapest retail brake pads
either order them or go buy on some e-bay store...and pay shipping....
install them yourself in about 10-15 min
