Hello everyone!

I'm looking into getting my first bike and have decided on something used and not too expensive. I came across a 1996 GS500e with only 1000 miles on it. Is $2000 a good price, or could I find better than that?

tad bit on the higher side, but not a bad price ..

I would say 1750 max.. but 2K isnt too bad.

edit:

you could bargain based on teh fact that a bike from 96 will require new hoses, new tires, new battery (if not replaced) and oil and filter change plus new brake fluid.
