you know how hard it is to run 26.2 miles let alone push another 100 extra pounds?  Sooner or later after you run out of carbs and lactic acid your just running on pure determination, and i guess in this case love.

Not to be a downer but the kid is going to be really bummed when his dad falls over dead of a heart attack......
