So why didn't you look at the brand new R6?  That's the newly styled/designed model for 2006

Cause they didn't have any.  And I find the new r6 fairings a little odd.

Those yellow R1's are beautiful too.  I just try to keep telling myself that's too much bike.

Indeed jen_, the 06-07 R6 styling is just totaly bizarre to me, too.  I just don't like it.  The 05 R6 styling (now the R6S) is just fantastic.

I had to stop by the deale today to pick up some stuff that I ordered, they had the WHITE speed triple and a red 675.  Just had to sit on them, then the sales man was looking at me.  " Your not getting another bike are you?!?"


The red / white R6 is beautiful.  Not a fan of the colors released in the states.

I really want a new bike, but I'm not sure if I'm ready or not. I'm not sure if I should get something like a sv650s or just go for a gsxr 600. The sv is nice because of cheaper insurance, better mpg, cheaper overall. But the gsxr has more power, and is more of what I really want. I was also considering the sv1000 but it's price is soo close to a gsxr. The one thing that is turning me away from a gsxr though is the mpg...
