I think tonystrackdays are the way to go.

check out the track day forums.

your questions will probably be best-answered there.

P.S: I'm not sure if you actually have to register to see the trackday forums. some forums dont show unless you're logged-in. though- registering is a sinch and definitly worth it to get the local news & meet up with people for rides.

A friend of mine goes constantly on his SV. I dont have the $$ to go...btu eventually Id like to...He said its alot of fun and the beginners classes are awesome.

I was thinking that everytime I attend, I would volunteer myself into the RED group (beginers).  You learn something new everytime.
