so, im cruising down I45/41 into milwaukee, headed to Autobahn raceway in Joliet, IL.
and what to my wandering eyes should appear to make my drive a bit more interesitng?
A black GS500e.. im guessing a 94? it looked to have an aftermarket tale, flat black. tank was black with the silver graphics/suzuki, it had some form of a front fairing.. buell maybe?
the rider was geared in black with a silver helmit..
i kept my eye on him untel i had to turn off to head towards chicago.

im not sure i got his attention but i did put my riding gloves on and tap the top of the car as he passed me (i was driving a black ford contour svt)

would this have happened to be anyone here???

Black tank with a silver and charcoal triangle stripe is a 2000 model.
Common sense in not very common.

coyotee

it wasnt the triangle, it was the older graphic that looks like it almost has water droplets on it??
was the same graphic i had on the tank i sold...

I'm trying to think of all the milwaukee members here...

ZukiGS500 has an 02 so he's out
gsmetal has an older GS with black frame, engine, & wheels and silver tank/plastics
Briggs has an older GS with black frame, engine, & wheels and silver tank/plastics

Serbianstunna or gsmetal maybe? I don't know what their bikes looks like

I almost went to MSOE and my best friend from high school did go there.  My dad went there forever ago and my neighbor (well, my parents neighbor) works there.  Really good school.... What program are you in?

I'm going for mechanical engineering ,yeah msoe is pretty good...beside from only 18% women(with a nursing school which makes that number even more ridiculous) , and the difficulty of the school.  Academically its 9th in the nation for engineering, and job placement after graduation is like 98% or something, so its got its pros and cons are u in engineering then?

Yeah, I just graduated in Dec. 05 with my BSME from Michigan Tech.  I decided to go there because I wasn't ready to move to downtown Milwaukee and tuition was a little high (though I probably could have gotten scholarships to knock the price down).  MTU has a shortage of females too, but even worse it's in the middle of nowhere with no where to find girls.  But it is a good school and has more labs and less theoretical crap, similar to MSOE.  I really liked the school and I loved the area.  I don't know what the MTU placement rate is, but it took me about 6 months after graduation to find a job, so that kinda sucked.
