I dunno how much...  How much is a 45 cal?  About that much.

The lock works alright, it's just a little harder to turn...   :icon_confused:  Still functional though.

They went for the GS because it's the easiest to steal.  You were hit by "hungry" thieves, not "thrill" thieves.

I was sugesting that you get a HUGE chain and leave it in your parking space in your garage locked to a post or something. Maybee get a smaller one to take with you too, the main thing though is to have it super secure where you park it the most.
Good luck

Yeah...  I was just thinking about that...  I park right next to a cement post.  I could leave the chain attached to it when I was riding. :thumb:

Sorry to hear about the a$$'s trying to steal your bike.  On the southside of Atlanta there was a " bike theft ring ".  When people were filling with gas or stoped two guys would walk up with a gun ask for your helmet and then ride off on your bike.

They got caught this week.  If someone wants to steal something bad enough there's nothing you can do to make it 100% safe.  The best you can do is make it as difficult to steal as possible.  Disk lock, heavy duty chain and an alarm.  The harder it is to steal the more likey they will leave it alone and try to find something easier to steal.

I think people steal the GS just so they can part it out on ebay, alot of times you can get more money parting out a bike than you can trying to sell one whole.

Even if the voices aren't real they have some good ideas.

You wouldn't be able to ride very far if you were still attached to the chain/cement post. ???  :flipoff:
