So my big toe's toenail is about to come off I think. I dropped something on it a few months back, and then maybe a few weeks ago I noticed that the nail was starting to get a little loose, but then today I noticed that the back of the nail isn't connected anymore!  Hopefully it will not effect me to ride if it does come off, I should be getting my new bike here soon! Anybody had this happen before? Anything I should do?

06 GSXR 600. Squid I know.
It doesn't really hurt, unless I touch it. I went to put on my boots to ride to work and it didn't feel too good, so I drove. I put gauze around it.
