First oil change / lube

Well, cracked the first maintenance of the new (to me) bike. The posts were all very helpful. I'll say one thing, this bike is a hell of a lot easier to work on than my numerous American and Japanes autos. I did get a rear stand from the local shop. A little overpriced ($130.00), but simple to use and got the bike up. My bike didn't have a center stand when I got it. The rear stand is simple to use, and an easy one person device. I'm starting to feel like I know what I am doing.

I totally agree, before I owned my gs I had pretty much no mechanical experiance. But since I've got my bike, I've done alot of mechanical stuff to it.  It's really a great bike for learning all that on. :thumb:
