Becareful if you are using dissimilar materials to fill voids or fabricating shapes. Varying temperature can cause it to crack. The 01+ race tail master I made has several cracks that I have to fix before pulling the mold. Also, spend plenty of time getting a smooth finish. Any and every imperfection will be transferred to the mold and to every part.
Common sense in not very common.

yea i know its a pain, but im going to gelcoat the whole tail before i take the mold, it will help to see all the little pits and such and ill wet sand it for the smoothest finnish i can get..
