so i have come to realize how crappy my rear shock is.  i searched  the threads, and it seems everyone just replaces the shock once it goes out.  i haven't taken the time to look at the shock, but does anyone know if it is serviceable/rebuildable?  i know it sucks to begin with, but if i can just replace some o-rings or something, i wouldn't mind the project/saving some cash.
thanks!

Hang out there, we may flame, but we don't hate.

My attitude is in serious need of readjustment, and I'm ok with that.

Not servicable by yourself but suspension places can open them up and revalve or replace oil etc but you would save no money doing it that way compaired to buying a GSX600 or RGV250 or what ever else fits and you would have no more adjustment then what you had, where as the others will give you more adjustment range :thumb:

OK The damn thing isn;t easy to service. Its got crimped ends, you ahve to turn it into a threaded one, then of course its got cheap valving and really shitty adjustments - or lack there of ... Forget it, Katana or GSXR.
Cool.
