No I don't think so. I've grown quiet fond of our soon to be R6 riding little buddy, so I'd like to keep him around.

Seriously, when the title finally shows up, I would recommend going to his house with a few hundred less than the agreed upon price.  If he bitches about the price, say "That was my offer four weeks ago, this is my offer now."

I can't do that.  I told him that the bike is 100% sold when he gets the title.  We agreed on a price. It's not his fault that the title hasn't showed up yet.  It's either the bank's fault or the post office's fault.

I don't feel right hold him responsible for that.  That's just me.
