As for the 1098... damn! They are gonna bring out an 848 too. If the 848 is as awesome as I expect it will be, it's gonna be awfully hard to keep away from one when I look to add to the stable.

Funny how the smaller option of the two superbikes is now almost as large as the previous large version (848 vs 916).


Call me old-fashioned, but I still like the looks of the 998 the best.  916 does look aged comparatively, but the 998 should still be out on the market, IMO.


I just hope Duc sticks with the dry clutch.  One of the reasons I like 'em so much.  Just one of many, don't get all excited.

I dig it too, but I don't enjoy the comments and strange looks from bystanders who think my bike has spun a crank bearing.
