looking for someone who is good enough to airbrush somthing similar to this?

Check the local tattoo  shop  Esp. the small ones.. thats the place to get good  low cost custom art work 

Most of em can do more than tattoo.. they can airbrush just the same

there's a member on here named airbrush who has done some work for people...

Have you checked out the internet for stick on decals....I was on ebay and you can get some really awesome decals that can be stuck on rather easily....they have the bomber girls...pinup girls with country flags...you name it....i'd give that a go....JR
