they were at the california motorspeedway, talking about a racing school.   The rider had a black leather jacket and a black helmet.

I liked the part where they showed the stability of bikes at speed. The rider is on a goldwing or other at a steady speed. He then lets go of the handlebars. After a few seconds he smacks the right grip. The front shakes from side to side for a few seconds afterwards but recovers.
