anyone notice the 2004 GS500F is classified....

it was earlier classified a street / standard.

i wonder if the insurance rates for the GS500E will rise due to the GS500F's body work?
'01 GS500. Mods: Katana Shock, Progessive Springs, BobB's V&H  Advancer Clone, JeffD's LED tail lights & LED licence plate bolt running lights, flanders superbike bars, magnet under the bike. Recent mods: Rejet with 20/62.5/145, 3 shims on needle, K&N Lunch box.

Considering how dicked up the Suki web site is, I wouldn't put any water in what it says.

As for insurance. It might go up eventually, but it will probably take a while if at all for them to "realize" its changed.  SV650 rates are still low because it is still classified as a standard.
