Yes I am new, but I have been reading this forum for close to a year now.  I have a couple of questions as their seems to be several opinions out there.

I have an 06 GS500F and I should complete the installation of my Yoshi can in a day or two and I have the K&N lunch box filter...  And now everyone knows that this is a rejet question.  I have searched and read most of the posts and I have went to Sudco's site but I am unsure which jets go in my bike?  I have ascertained that I may need a 22.5, 65, and 150 for jets.  Does this seem right?  Does anyone have any to sell to keep me from buying 4 of each? Thanks.

f%$k off Mak.  I liked you better when you weren't around.

Your jetting numbers sound pretty good.  I personally think 150 may be a bit rich, but several people with that combo have reported good results with 145 or 147.5's.

Maybe you could post in the for sale section asking someone to go 50/50 with you on the jets?  You can also order the jets at your dealership...but with some dealerships that can be a pain in the ass.

I had an 05 with the jet's in my sig, with lunchbox filter and exhaut.  Never had a problem.  Like Turd said either get with someone on this board that wants to rejet and split the cost or head to your local bike shops I'm sure they can order you the jets you want.
Pilot 22.5, Mid 65 , Mains 147.5, Mixture screw 3.5 turns out

Even if the voices aren't real they have some good ideas.

I rode Dave's bike, with those jets, and the one issue I had was a slight dead spot from 5-6K, not a HUGE issue, and really only noticeable on the interstate... I believe it could be solved with a washer under the needle.. not sure though. I'll be rejetting soon, and I'd offer to split the order with you, but I need different jets for a different setup, sorry..

Hang out there, we may flame, but we don't hate.

My attitude is in serious need of readjustment, and I'm ok with that.

There's a shop near me that specialises in mechanical work to 2 strokes & racing go karts where i can buy the jets individually. Look for a similar type shop near you. That way if the 150's prove to be to big, it'll be cheaper & easier to replace.
