hi guys, basically, im streetfightering my little gs, i have spent hours researching and now i need to find the pieces, which is proving more difficult than id expected... so...

part 1, i want to put renthal handlebars on my gs, i do beleive the newer gs comes with handlebars already and im quite sure i just have to replace the top yoke for a newer one and pop some bars on....just cant seem to find a new top yoke, any ideas on where i could get one, im thinking maybe a breakers with a rear end collision bike so the front end would be fine?  :dunno_white:

part 2, i wanna replace the seat unit piece, my subframe is slightly bent and all the original plastics dont fit when there is a grab rail on, so i either need to replace whole unit, maybe for a gsxr1000 race style seat unit (not sure if it will fit) or need to fabricate or find some little pieces of plastic to cover the holes where the grab rail would be....again any ideas would be good.

part 3, simple one rlly, i want a wavey front brake disk, does anyone make one of these of shall i just take a hack saw to mine??

i'm confused.

what year is your GS & what country are you in?

The US version has had the top plate for the 7/8 inch bar since 1990. Aren't renthal bars 7/8?

anyways, you should be able to find that top plate for dirt cheap. I know ducatiboy has one & is parting out a bike in the FS section. The bike has clipons & doesnt need the top plate.

also, I highly suggest NOT hacking your front rotor
