OK, so I went to the grocery store to pick up some crap and I parked on the sidewalk cause it was late and I parked well away from the door.  So, as I'm on my bike letting it idle while I put my helmet on  ( safety first!!  )  one of the managers comes out to lecture me about how he doesn't want me parking on the sidewalk.  So about 5 minutes later he's goin on about being courteous  I get bored and start burning out then just fly out of the parking lot,  I left a pretty good deal of smoke I bezzed by a few minutes later and it was still pretty heavy in the air!  Might make me an ass but I was getting bored and irritated.....

Based on that short (and probably incomplete) description of the events....

Most places don't have a problem with bikes parking up on the sidewalk, as long as you're out of the way like you said you were.  But apparently this guy did

But just leaving/ burning out in his face = ass, though it's a funny story

You probably aren't the first one to be an @$$, and that's likely why he was giving YOU chit...and this is why he'll give the next biker even MORE chit. Had you been courteous, apologized, and left quietly, you'd have left a better taste in his mouth. OK, so I'm an ass.  I have an excuse though, it's how the army trained me to act.  He should be glad I didn't exercise any other skills the army taught me!!     It just pissed me off cause like said most places don't mind if ypou park out of the way on the sidewalk or at the end cap of an Aisle where its all marked off in white stripes.......  I laughed about it the whole way home.  I'll give him this though, he had some steel balls coming out to Buddha Loves You at a 6' 220 guy with a shaved head and a holstered sidearm riding a bike.  He was like 5'5" and at most 150 which kinda added to the humor

That's one good thing about the real retards on bikes in traffic, barring another bike nearby they aren't going to kill any other than themselves.  I wheelie on public roads but never in traffic, just adds to many variables to an already sticky situation.  I really got some guy in a cage goin the other day I pulled up to a light and he was next to me and behind me was a cop buddy of mine who was on duty.  The cop honked then yelled at me then said something like you're gonna kill yourself on that damn thing.  So i was like OK and started burning out.  My buddy thought it was hilarious. the other car just stared at us with a stupid look on his face, then gave me the evil eye.  laughed all the way home on that one too.......

In the right mood, I probably would have said to the guy, "OK dude... I get it... Now f%$k off."

I'm gonna have to agree with alpha he'll probably just call the cops next time.  I should go back and apologize.............    But yes the Army did teach me that, its call OCGS  Over Confident Grunt Syndrome, it's kinda like a god complex.  Fortunately I'm goin Navy when I re-enlist maybe they can beat it out of me........
