That was actually "miserable failure", which isn't a terribly popular phrase. A bunch of people just set up links to make the Bush site the most popular result for those words, and the "I'm feeling lucky" button is just to skip automatically to the first result. It wasn't really Google's doing, but some people who knew how to exploit Google's pageranking system.

Also, broadband by flushing an ethernet cable is a great idea. I mean the infrastructure is already there, except all the obvious problems it would be pretty awesome.
