please help me!  , i have signed up to participate in the tour de cure, a cycling event of the American Diabetes Association, to raise funds for research and education, for this event, ihave committed to ride 150 miles from roane state community college  in oak ridge tn to lincoln memorial university.diabetes is the 5th deadliest disease in the USA and each year kills more than AIDS and breast cancer combined, ( directly anmd indirectly. with this i have accepted 2 important challenges. 1 is to get my sorry a$$ into shape, for this, and the other is tosupport teh ADA in their fight.both these goals are worthy of my best efforts and i hope i can count on the GSTWIN community for their sponsorship help. the way i have this figured out is through checks and Money orders. made out to the American Diabetes association, sent to me, and i take to them in person. pm me for more info . thank you in advance

ohhh ill be in it, im outta shape to the extreme, im a smoker a double  lol and i have a full wekend then. i wake up at 5 am go to starting line, set it up, go with the group help out at finish line,and unload the luggage trucks get up sunday morning drive back to finish line , set it up, be a cheerleader ( the worlds ugliest  ), unload the truck when it gets there, , after eating i breakdown the finish line, and then go home and pass out.

btw i do the same thing in mid may in georgia. lol im a volunteer glutton for punishment ( now wheres pandies whipping emote when i need it lol

Ok...then I have plenty of time to limber up (beer to face, beer to face) so that I can help (watch). 

ohh ill be drunk as all hell after the ride, and stiff as all hell too. and the only muscle tone ill have will be in my legs ROFl

I'll start the drinking early in your honour, and I'll keep the drinking going....again, in your honour...because I'm a good friend that way...
