Any suggestions for immediate alterations (I hear the suspension isn't perfect)?

Progressive springs for the front.  Katana 600 rear shock.  Homemade ignition advancer from Bob Broussard.  15 Tooth front sprocket.  and for God's sakes, chop off that huge rear fender.

Oh, yeah, a pair of real tires.  Bridgestone BT-45's in stock sizes work very well and are not too expensive.
