All right, two Quick questions. I have bought a new jardine exhaust.and lunch box, what i need to know is if I need a new exhaust gasket, and I recall seeing a Suzuki part # for 145 main jets, but i cant seem to find it in the search again.thanks for any help.

thanks, I went to my local Suzuki dealership and he had 41 exhaust gaskets in stock. New gaskets and exhaust in on the bike, I just finished, It sounds great. Oh, I only had to by a main jet b/c before I changed exhaust + air filter, I shimmed needle one washer and put in a 40 pilot and turned mixture screw 3 1/4 turns. All i have to add is one more washer and the larger main jet. thank for the help.

You prolly need 150 mains. And stay with 1 washer. 2 is fine, but do 1 change at a time. Pipe and K&N = 150 mains.
