don't remember the name or really much out of it...just a couple years old.  All I remember is Jodi Foster walking along with a bag of groveries and falling down and hurting her knee.  The Hugh Grant comes out and says "awwwwe" and takes her back to his place for sex.  The next hour of the film is dedicated to their sex life.  Then Jack Bauer, Jodi Foster's husband, finds out and gets real mad.  That's really the plot.  I do remember Foster crying on a train and washing her panties in the bathroom sink.  Beyond that I'm lost.

I would like to point out that I don't actually know the names of the actors...I chose Jodi Foster cuz she's hot, Hugh Grant because I think he dies and I love a movie where Hugh Grant dies, and Jack Bauer because he's a badass.

I would say the reason this theme was ressurected now was to resolve the moral conflict in the final scene in the appropriate manner for the enlightened male that we should all strive to be.    Hmmm...flee to third world paradise (where evil deed is usually a cultural norm ) or stay and face the law and atone for crime (thereby earn ho's respect ).  Hmmm, what would Richard Gere do....?

There was also one with Micheal Douglas (rich old man with a losing investment portfolio), Gwyneth Paltrow (his hottie young wife who is bored but semi faithful till he decides to meddle) and other dude (bearded hippie artist type who MD hires to seduce GP so she can be killed while blaming scumbag) ... I dunno, all this crap all merges into one giant mushy crap that I sleep through.
