Ok, so I posted a link in Odds n Ends to get more exposure for the Deals Gap trip, and to get people that don't always check Meet n Greet some info.  The point was MORE exposure for our 'rally', then some Mod moved it to Meet n Greet.  Well, that sort of defeated the purpose of the whole thread, so I wanted to remove it, but the only option was to delete the info, and change the title. 

The original title was something like, "OK, Go here  *everyone inside*", or something like that.  I couldn't put a blank message area, so I put the guns up since I was angry. 

Then, in an ironic twist of fate, the changing of the post got it moved BACK into odds n ends.  Sometimes this board is almost over-moderated.   

You know, now that I've ranted and mentioned Deal's Gap, this thread will probably go to the Tard Farm, or back to Meet n Greet.   

I looked at the moderation log, and I don't show that ANY mod/admin moved one of your threads from M&G to TF 

But...perhaps your rant will get the exposure you desired...   

I didn't say M & G to TF,  I said from O & E to M & G.  That seems clear to me.  So...yeah.

I think it is retarded that it got moved in the first place.   I also think I would be pissed off if I were you.  It is also pretty clear that Pandy moved it and it trying some CYA moves on you now.  Your joke about it getting moved back to M&G because you mentioned Deal's Gap was funny.  And for the record, moving anything out of O&E is stupid unless it is getting sent to the Tard Farm for content.   Honestly, I would have never known about the Deal's Gap trip otherwise, because I don't look in M&G.  What is the big fear here, that O&E's content will be watered down with something as trivial as say. . . a group ride?   Give me a break, Nell Carter.*   I sure could use one.

I don't think what I do shows up in the moderation log.  I moved the thread, not knowing the intent.  Greater exposure should not be necessary.  Asking a mod to sticky it is almost the stamp of approval, and I would not take down something that was made a sticky by another mod, no matter where it's stickied.

So, you didn't think to ask a moderator or admin to change it for you?  Or, ask for help?

Really, I wasn't trying to rant.  I just couldn't delete the post once it was moved, and I thought it was silly to have a post in meet and greet that linked readers to another post in meet and greet.  I changed the title, deleted the post, and confused the readers. 

Then...I posted in the thread to remove confusion, and it came across as a rant...ok, so it was a rant. 

Anyway...there is a rally planned for the last weekend of June at the Gap... the link is in my sig.

Oh, and Scratch, thanks for clearing that up for us.  I knew I wasn't crazy.
