so Im coming home from practice and im in the carpool lane I will keep my speed secret . and im riding a 15 mile ride home and when i get ready to leave the carpool lane a gixxer600 pulls up to the side of me letting me know my turn signal is on i looked down and seen no green light but the signal was on when i looked i seen the flasher blinking so i turned it off and he took off with me following. we get off at the same exit and chat for ahwile and i asked him how long it was on for and he told me it just turned on while i was riding so he tryed to catch me but had a hard time(again i will keep my speed secret) he said he likes my bike asked what size and when i told him he said i was Fng nutz to be riding something that small that fast. I laughed and said yeha but its a fun machine to ride and he took off with a green arrow then followed by me going straight. the ocward thing is when i got home i check my signals and everything was fine including the indicator. he must have been new cause a gsxr600 should have no trouble catching up to my little twin, or was i really going that fast.

2.  Why does a small engine make higher speeds on a GS crazy?  They make great track bikes, you know.
3.  A GSX-R600  could reach the top speed of your GS in less than 10 seconds.  I'm not sure why he couldn't catch you.

I don't think it was his bike holding him back (unless he was missing a couple spark plugs) It must have been the fear of a ticket.

I saw this and I was like ' WTF   I have comptetion '  I scared the f%$k out of my boss leaving work tonight   I didn't even do anything real bad.  He was following me down a fairly twisty road and at one point my knee was about 2 inches from pavement.  When I stopped at a light and he caught up, he said he thought for sure I was gonna eat pavement.    Seriously though,  back the f%$k off!!!!!!  I am the King of Stupid crap on a bike and you will bow down to my retardation

This does boggle me though because a retard with no left foot should have been able to dust a GS  if he was on a Gix6  unless it was having serious issues ( dunno maybe  burned the pistons out  )

as far as giving us a bad name the guy liked it and offered me an invite to go riding sometime. why he couldnt catch up im not sure and as far as my speed goes i was going fast but the other cars were still passing me. the only thing retarded i did was not know my flasher was on other than that i rode normal whent with the flow of traffic(traffic was going pretty fast that night).

could have been traffic holding him back .. fear of a ticket .... gs will do 14.4 in a 1/4 .. ... 600 anywhere from 10.5-12 sec ( all depends on the rider we all know that ! )

It's not the small engine that makes higher speeds crazy, it's the horrible suspension. Mine is stock, and I definitely do not feel comfortable at high speeds on it.
