So does anyones hair get itchy when they were a helmet 2?

It's probably sweat that's makin' ya' itch. Have ya' tried wearing a kerchief under your helmet to absorb some of the sweat?

It is actually dermatitis.  You know how if you don't wash your hair all weekend and you rub it, you hair kind of hurts?  Yeah, same thing.  Dermatitis.  Get used to it and be thankful it isn't your pubes.

no, that just means inflamation of the skin, as in irritated.

I get the same thing from wearing a hat...   

But, I'm generally itchy...

Bad? 

I went through a phase where I had that problem and it got so irritating I had to stop riding for awhile.    Dermititis?  Maybe.  There's an over the counter product called Scalpicin that might provide relief.  In my case it was the hair follicles themselves that were getting really agitated and I strung together a different theory as to the cause and what to do about it, but then the problem went away and I never pursued it. 

get a balklava/head sock and see if that helps. every once in a while after a long ride my head will get itchy but thats because i have so much freaking hair.
