More details?
It sputters out after five minutes?  will it restart and run again for anoter 5?  Or do you need to let it cool down?  Does it only run with the choke on?  Why is your idle screw all the way in?  If I did that to my bike, it wouldn't run ever.  Sounds interesting, tho.  It's probably getting gas if it'll run that long...  Did you clean the carbs when you did the re-jet?  Mine were all cruddy and definitely needed cleaned out, all those little flakes and sediment could quite easily clog one of the tiny little jet holes.

Is the choke cable hanging open down on the carb body?
The motorcycle is no longer the hobby, the skill has become the hobby.

Power does not compare to skill.  What good is power without the skill to use it?

my idle screw is all the way in because it's the only way to keep it at idle.... i'm thinking that i need to adjust my throttle cable but i don't know... i'm not going to have time to tinker with the bike till tomorrow maybe even monday, depends on the schedule... it's been a busy weekend.  when i rejetted my carbs, i cleaned them out completely just like it says to in the wiki, lubed em up with 2 stroke oil and everything... i haven't tried to start it since i played with it last but if it wasn't turning back on after it did it's initial sputter, i re-adjusted and it turned back on, then it did it again... i don't know I'm just really confused... maybe i need to devote all of next weekend jsut to my bike.

in one of the carb rebuilds it said to lube the plastic with two stroke oil... at first i didn't do it and it did the whole five minut thing then died and so i took it apart and did it and it did the same thing... i was just listening to the process posted on the wiki or poor mans carb rebuild, i don't remember, but tonight i'm going to play with my bike some more so i can try and dial it in... gas prices are hurting in my truck so i need to get this bike going.  i'l let you know what happens tonight
