Best tire for the money

Yes I know search, but the search function isnt working on my work computer and im looking in an hour at buying em. :icon_rolleyes:

What is the best tire for the money, something that is going to grab well but also have some decent life to it?

I've heard good things about the Michelin Pilot Activ. Kind of expensive but supposed to work well and last a long time.

If you're happy with something that has the stock level of traction, the Kenda K671 is good. It's dirt cheap and lasts forever, of course it dosn't have the highest grip, but I was able to scrape my centerstand with them.

I can say that teh Avon Av45/46St *110/80 and 140/80 size* work extremely well on the GS...
