the frame is of the 97-00 year models as well as the engine.  I was told the engine ran but not sure of the specs.  it is a 600cc to my knowledge.  I'd like to get 400 for both.  Or 200 each OBO.

Sorry I thought I had already replied to someone else on that, but the frame is not titled.
And I'm in Dalton, GA. About an hour and a half north of ATL.

Dunno bout GA,but here in SC,you can build a bike on a frame and register it as a homebuilt or custom.if you don't have a title.Just cover up the serial numbers.It's a loop hole!
Thing about that is,you are required to have signals,horn,head and tail lights,hi and low beams,speedo,odometer.You know everthing to ride on the streets.
