Hi everyone... Well, I just paid off my 2005 GS500f last weekend and now I'm eager to sale it and move up to the 600 class. I should have the title in my hands in just a few weeks (bank said it could take as long as 30 days unfortunately).  The bike has 4,300 miles on it and is basically brand new.  I have never dropped it. I performed all the maintenance myself (oil changes at 600, 2000, and 4000 miles) and all basics covered in the owners manual up to the 4k mile interval.  The only blemish on the bike came from when I was adding some break fluid to the front reservoir recently, and a small amount leaked down the front fairing causing a small portion of the sticker to peel away when I wiped it off.  Its really not that noticable but if you are a perfectionist like me then you might want to get a new sticker. Other than that the bike runs and looks great. I have always kept it garaged at home and at work.. this bike has never even seen rain!  NADA calls for a resale value of 4,400 but  I am willing to let it go for $3,500.
