the way i am, is if im at a 4 way stop, and i have the right of way, i still let them through, i give them 2 chances, if they dont accept, i wave then proceed. if i do NOT have the right of way then i do NOT proceed no matter what. becasue basically with teh ppl looking for "ambulance chaser lawyers around here, ( easy to find) its easier to wreck a car, sue the person that hit, then not to work.
