Do boomerangs REALLY come back???

Can't believe I'm responding,but yes.I have one carved out of mahagony,if thrown properly,it will come right back on the opposite from which it was thrown.

Yeah they do, if you throw it right.

Well if your boomerang aint coming back someones sold you a stick instead.   

some will...some won't...depends on what it's designed to do.  The decoration/kids ones are toys and are supposed to come back. 

Better question- if An throws a boomerang, will it come back?

I built one in Jr. High.  Came back but only like 78% of the way.  I had to run to my left to catch it.
