also pistons can be made on special order....I think you have to purchase 4 min.

lol , im pleased with a 4.5 inch wheel , hmm a 14 tooth , might look into that , i still have the stock 16 , i want a 15 ideally

the 14 is more silly.....   it will pull thru the gears much quicker and only drop top speed by about 5mph

it says the 555cc bore kit uses a 78mm piston thats incorrect
it shold use a 79 and it also says it tops out at 121
last week i went 120 in mine and let off because of front end shake
i think those stats are inccorect
it should go about 130+ the quarter mile times look about right
but i think after head work and cams it should go pretty quick

You can buy a Bore kit? where from ?

well the bore kit is for a 4 cylinder bike ( thats wat i messaged you about earlier)
so its twice the shaZam! and price
so if anyone wants to split the price and the parts then that should be good
i cant find single pistons only a 650 buck kit for a 1100

i think V&H still lists the kit.....they sold the last one in the early 90's
convince somebody here to go halves on a set of 4 custom cosworth/venolia/wiseco/.... pistons
sleeves are cheap

with cubic $ you can do anything
bigger pistons are not the end all cure all.
also need an exhaust
also a ported/milled head
also a reground cam
also a nice set of flatslides/roundslides

lee spent around 11-12k on building  blown up engines  i think the biggest was a 628
and sold the lot for.....2800

get a friggin rgv or RS 250 since you can....2 strokes will easily pull 60-75 hp and 100# lighter
with better susp

or deal with the turd that you have
make it handle so you can hang in the corners
you will NEVER hang on the straights with anything you do to it

Ive got a Straight Thro Nexxus ., Progressive are one the way for my GSx front End , and I have A Hagon Rear , And im getting A 4.5 inch Wheel And 160. *Thats already order , It will defo handle , Englands Full of Twisty Roads

And in my opinion , The Gs is a perfect Streetfighter , No Sticky Out Rad , And lovely Shape
