Try their dealer locator.  I've bought online from flatoutmotorcycles.com because they don't make you buy 4, but as I've mentioned, they've taken up to 6 weeks to ship my order sometimes.

You can get the mids at the dealership for a few bucks.

jets are jets...I mean there's a little difference between keihin and mikuni and such but in general all you have to tell them is what bike it's for and what size you need.

The mikuni part numbers for the jets you need are N102.221 for the main and mid.  Some places just skip from 60 to 65, and other places actually have the 62.5.  While we're at it, the pilots are N224.103.  For folks that arrive here by searching, this only applies to the 2001+ carbs.
