When are you looking at doing the valve check/adjust?  I've got that wedding the weekend before the ride, and I'm also helping another friend prep her R6 for a track day we are doing on the 26th of August, but that shouldn't take long.

I guess it depends on what way the SD crowd is coming up. I was suggesting Dana Point so we could all meet up sooner and 'split the difference' with the miles, as it were.

Dana point is a bit far from me. I would drive to dana point then drive back down past my house to malibu. I really didnt wanna back track too much.
