were the heck did everything go that was under the passenger portion of the seat?

It was lacking the rear inner fender at purchase; and I just don't like plastic.  I'm going to build a new one out of aluminum and mount some of the electronics to it, and then bob the tail a little bit more.

Psshh...  You don't need all that plastic anyway.

Well ,unlike terrry , i can take my bike to 100 mph and no its not gonna fall apart, being checked all over,   i suppose its not 2 bad ,35 quid for a piece of paper isnt cheap

Down the road from you in Clairemont.  The bike is currently residing in Vista though.

I just enrolled in an autobody class for the fall.  With the tools and paintbooth I should be able to get it looking good.

what mods do you have done to the bike to get that speed? did you end up taking it to the 555cc limit (i believe thats the limit for the motor before you get alittle to risky)

We don't have inspection in SC,but I still had to have a home inspection by a state rep who is a state trooper.I couldn't find my VIN.The sticker on the frame was half gone and couldn't find the one on the neck.He threatened to impound my bike and gave me 24 hours to find the VIN.Found it.I had to strip and scrape all the paint off the right side of the neck.They do these inspections here because a lot of flood damaged and stolen bikes from LA and MS have turned up after Katrina hit.I'm surprised GA isn't doing it. 


REVISION: I forgot to mention they do an inspection on MC's with out of state titles.They check for matching VIN's.
