If you're trying to quote someone and you get the infamous error, you can edit the quote bbcode and it will work (at least it has every time I've tried it).

Like this:

You click quote and you get something like this:

[quote author=yamahonkawazuki link=topic=37057.msg416406#msg416406 date=1185406575]Lalee lalee boo bah[/quote]

But, then when you hit submit, you get an error...  Just edit the quote to look like this:

[quote="yamahonkawazuki"]Lalee lalee boo bah[/quote]

THEN hit submit...

So far, it has worked 100%.

So...  To review...  The code is like this:  [quote="name of the person here"]stuff they said here[/quote]

Try it.
