did the test area go? Is it under construction like the "official" gstwins chat room? Cuz the chat room has been in discussion for awhile, and we've seen zero results. Bupkiss. Zilch. Nada. (No offense to manjul, who has been working on it, I know they're not easy to build from scratch.)  Are we getting a new, "official" test area too? One where you can't actually post anything? Or are they trying to figure out how to put the black bars across certain words, like you see on TV?

you can't ban us all, keep diggin in those heels and you will see what a real revolt is like.  you and your presious mods can have the site all to themselves while we just open up a new one.   btw how many new people have you brought to the site lately?  how many have we so call trouble makes have? last month alone i am over 10 new members i personally have brought here.  i am beginning to regret that.

TheGoodGuy isn't just a mod, he runs the entire forum. He's the one who tells you, me, and everyone else here what to do and what not to do.

ok fine let him take his ball and play by himself.  pandy i support keeping the site clean but this hole irc thing was just silly at first.  then it got heavy handed and downright scary.  then a guy posts a link to child porn and nothing is done about it.  it really has me concerned with what is going on.  i know the mod job can't be easy or fun and in all honesty i don't want to add to that.  but i think tempers got up and actions taken possible with out due process.  i think the pendulum has swept to far to the other side

while we cant be there at al times on such an active board.. if you see something that is out of line like a member posting child porn or porn .. please by all means report that post / thread to the moderator by clicking the link on the post.

Oh, btw,  thanks to whoever deleted my "new record" thread.  It was informative and harmless.  Funny how Egaeus' thread can be deleted in less than ten minutes, my thread making note of his thread is deleted, but the link above remains.

Frankie and Terry...a little civility amongst the members can go a long way.  It's one thing to be angry with someone for legitimate reasons, and it's another to lash out at anyone that disagrees with you.

Jake, Kansas City is in Missouri AND Kansas.  The Missouri part is better though.  And, some of us HAVE made donations, bought Clymers manuals, and work to support the site through helpful comments and input.  Without helpful members...there IS no forum...  People keep forgetting that.   What should the ratio of helpful to stupid posts be to make one a valuable member?  I don't presume to know.
