I think pretty much anything looks better than those nasty big stockers that are on there... I'm diggin the steeper angle my Yosh has than the old one.  'Tis mush more gooder  :thumb:

so is a rejetting necesary if i used a stock zx6r can or a gsxr can? can the pipes simply be welded to the stock manifold? i have the ability and means to weld it myself so cost would simply be purchasing the item.

now u got me all curious hahaha

May be just me but those cans look too big for the GS.
Common sense in not very common.

Jay_wolf

They do look huge , good ,but huge , id rather have a exhaust made for it , so it is made for proformance ,over the size of it ,
The Nexxus claims to be years of Testing for best possable proformance * Thats what they say , saying that , its pretty big to , clearly not as big as the Exhausts Pictured here  :thumb:

I think it is not necessary although strongly recommended. The airflow through those cans is better than through stock GS500 can then it may make your bike lean which isn't that good for your motor.
Besides that rejetting gives you more power and better throttle response which makes GS more fun to ride  :icon_lol:

I can't agree with some of you who say those cans are too big for GS. Friend of mine who rides GSXR600 told me my bike looks waayyy better with GSXR can. In fact I like it better to!
But ya know... every one has own preferences :):)

If all you're after is looks, why not keep  the lines proper ? Different angles from the rear plastics and the can makes it look odd. The V&H and others made specifically for the gs tend to keep the lines intact.

TL's look nice with duals. Cruisers look cool with one gigantic can. I always thought it was all about the lines. <shrug>

Here I will strongly disagree!! I think that stock exhaust doesn't match the lines with fairings of the new F version. It looks to "flat" in my opinion.
I'm not tryin' to argue with you :) I'm just tryin' to express my feelings and preferences :icon_mrgreen:

Arguments are interesting and usually thought provoking. I have nothing against a good one myself. Personal offense usually means a point is lost or misunderstood. Yours is crystal clear. No huff matey. :)
